Oh My Glaze

Restaurant - American

Fans of The Spinn in Gatley will be glad to hear that its owners, best pals Scott Graham and actor Adam Thomas, have opened their first Oh My Glaze restaurant in the Trafford Centre.

After success as street food traders, the Corrie actor and his bestie have put down roots in ‘The Hanger’ space in The Orient. Here they sell burgers, wings, fries and the like – all featuring their coveted Oh My Glaze sticky sauces.

Go for no-holds-barred, towering burgers such as the Mac Attack – it’s two dry-aged beef patties, scotch bonnet and rhubarb OMG sauce, American cheese, mac n cheese, crumble mix, and mayo, on a sesame brioche.

Or how about The OMG 99 – this one’s a waffle cone filled with chicken or halloumi bites and topped with your choice of OMG sauce, nerd sprinkles and mayo. The maddest thing about it isn’t that they’ve swapped ice cream for chicken, it’s the fact it actually costs 99p. We’ll take five.
