It’s been quite a year for Limitless Lifestyle Community, a new personal training gym which opened on Dale Street in summer 2023.

Established by two Liverpool personal trainers, it was named ‘England’s Best Fitness Facility’ at the England Business Awards in November 2024 thanks to its innovative ‘limitless’ approach to personal training.  

The gym gives you as many one-to-one personal training sessions as you want a month for a set fee (currently £300 a month). So the more you train, the better value it is. 

With an average training schedule of four workouts plus one recovery session a week, it’s about £14 per session. (That’s half the price of most personal training sessions, and a fraction of the cost of high-end PT gyms).

Along with the limitless sessions, you also get expert guidance on nutrition, discounted sports massages, goal-setting sessions, run club, hike club, social events, and movement and body composition analysis. There’s also an on-site community cafe for refuelling on healthy food and coffee.

If you’re determined to transform your health this year, and suspect you’ll need one-to-one coaching to make it happen, this is one of Liverpool’s best options. It’s also ideal if you’re training for a fitness event in 2025, be it a marathon, Hyrox or even the Santa Dash.
