Waterfront
The neighbourhood guide to the Waterfront
Liverpool’s Waterfront may no longer have UNESCO World Heritage Status, but it still has plenty to offer in the way of impressive architecture and culture. From the majesty of the Three Graces to major attractions like TATE Liverpool and The Beatles Story, this is an area that’s popular with tourists to the city. The crowds of dockers and stevedores have been replaced by crowds looking for a pint or a picture with The Beatles Statue.
Albert Dock offers a glimpse of Liverpool’s maritime heritage as well as a range of food and drink options, from reliable mid-range chains to local independents-done-good like Madre and quirky little places like Black Milk Hotel and Rough Hand Made.
