How to use The Reach booking calendar

2. Select your dates and the number of guests.
3. Click ‘Check Availability’
If there is a room available at the Confidentials rate, it will then show as £1/£2 (or £2.20 with taxes and fees).
4. Click ‘Select’
Alternatively, email reservations@thereachmcr.com with your dates and they will book it for you, subject to availability.
The booking calendar shows the average price of a room for that night – it’s not the price you will pay. Select your dates to see the Confidentials rate.
If you get the message which begins, ‘Your selected hotel has no available rooms’ it means there are no more rooms available at the Confidentials rate on that day. Try another date instead.
