Burnt Milk Hotel
Burnt Milk Hotel is the new face of wine drinking. Relaxed, unpretentious and with a great selection of natural wines as well as stellar coffee.
It’s a slightly odd fictional version of a wine bar where recommendations are made by a mad sommelier called Pauly No-Eyes but in real life, you’re served by affable young people with a love of natty wine.
There’s a buzz about this place with regular events like wine tastings, meet the producer nights and a wine club if you can’t get enough of the good stuff while you’re there. With over 140 bottles around, there’s plenty of it.
Cocktails are in the same madly passionate drink-fan vein with concoctions inspired by books, music and films.
What’s more you can even order tacos from Madre. Wine and tacos. It could be the perfect evening.
Burnt Milk Hotel must be set for big things. It has its own range of merch for a start.
