4 of Us

4 of Us is a restaurant and wine shop in Didsbury serving European seasonal dishes, and with a focus on local produce. It’s the work of four friends; co-owners Joanna and Magdalena look after the front-of-house, while chefs Szymon and Piotr take care of the cooking.

Look out for signature dishes such as the deckle steak; a lesser-used cut of meat known as ‘butcher’s butter’. There’s also a number of exciting small plates including bream and smoked eel tartare, and devilled feta with roasted romero peppers and chilli. Some dishes are cooked over charcoal for an authentic smoked flavour. Greens and herbs come from a garden on the restaurant roof.

With regularly rotating specials and a menu that changes with the seasons, 4 of Us deserves repeat visits.
