92 Degrees Mustard Wharf

The residents of Mustard Wharf no longer have to go very far in search of a good cup of coffee. 92 Degrees opened its second Leeds venue here in late 2021 – the latest addition to their growing family of cafes in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Southport.

92 Degrees refers to the perfect temperature at which to brew a cup of coffee. It’s the kind of geeky info that coffee afficionados argue over, but we’ll take their word for it. 92 Degrees are experts in the stuff after all with their own roastery and a mail-order coffee business, as well as the cafes. 

Aside from the coffee, the other big draw here is the sweet treats, which come from local independent suppliers such as Jodie Bakes. Like all their cafes, 92 Degrees Mustard Wharf favours local suppliers wherever it can, and prides itself on paying the living wage to its staff.

It’s ethical credentials extend to the wider coffee-producing world: 10% of its profits from bagged coffee go to Project Waterfall which works to bring clean water supplies to coffee-growing communities.
