Bahn Vi | New Century

Owners, Harry and Jessica created Banh Vi after travelling across South East Asia and being inspired by the cuisine offered by street food vendors in Thailand and Vietnam.

This plant-based restaurant centres their dishes around creating umami (a balance of salty, sweet, sour and spicy flavours) whilst keeping all their ingredients vegan-friendly.

Some of their signature dishes include the ‘Banh Mi O.G.’, wok-fried rice and a pho made with a 12-hour marinated broth. All dishes on their current menu are less than £15 and are paired well with Vietnamese iced coffee or a cocktail.

Find them in the New Century food hall and dine from 11am all week (apart from Mondays when the venue is closed).
