Cosy Club | Corn Exchange
If it’s all-day eating you’re after, all-day eating you’ll get at Cosy Club Manchester, and as you study the menu under the watchful eye of a selection of taxidermy and portrait paintings, you’ll quickly notice that there really is something for everyone here.
Complete with its own domed glass ceiling and original feature staircase and tiling, Cosy Club is one of the original pioneers in the revamped Corn Exchange food and drink hub, serving brunch from 9am and lunch until 5pm, with dinner thereafter until 10pm.
On the breakfast and brunch front, there’s all the smashed avo and poached eggs you could need, plus interesting international ideas such as shakshuka and huevos rancheros.
Mains across the menus include buttermilk fried chicken, seared seabass, crispy duck salad and lots of extra bits and bobs to lob on as you wish. There are classics the likes of salmon fishcakes, house beef burger, steaks, and a twist on roast chicken.
Plus, global flavours such as burrata & warm harissa baked squash salad, Asian fried chicken and tomato arancini with all menus having vegan and gluten free options too. Add in some pasta and potato-based dishes, plus a selection of sandwiches, and that could well be all tastes catered for. For afters, think fruit tarts, cheesecakes and crowd-pleasers like brownies. Drinks wise, let’s just say the Cosy Club has a fully stocked bar and a substantial list of cocktails, mocktails and somewhere-in-between-tails made with new low-or no-alcohol spirits.
