Pappa Pepinos
Pappa Pepinos is part of the Selina Hotel. It’s a casual place serving Italian plates both small and large, and some super-duper pizzas.
Typical bits and pieces range from focaccia and cacio al pepe arancini, to crispy wild mushroom, asparagus and truffle pizza, to fresh pappardelle with courgette, sage, lemon butter, Jerusalem artichoke and basil.
If ice cream as a pudding sounds like a bit of an afterthought, just wait until you try the pistachio gelato.
Pappa Pepinos has a cool but not cliquey atmosphere. It’s a busy place that always has something going on, from quiz nights to DJs. What it also has is one of the biggest beer gardens in Liverpool. Just saying.
