Hard Days Night Hotel
Whatever your preconceptions about Beatles-themed hotels, drop them. The concept of Hard Days Night Hotel might seem a bit naff but it’s actually rather boutique-y in a Beatles-y kind of way. It will blow your expectations out of the water, or out of the Mersey at least.
The 110-room hotel is magnificent rather than twee or tacky. It’s a fully refurbished jewel in the Grade II Listed Central Buildings, which date back to 1884.
Rooms are colourful, bold and modern with comfy beds and a chic nod to sixties style. Yes, there are Beatles photos on the wall and even a white Baby Grand in the John Lennon Suite but everything is tasteful and fits in well with the overall feel of the place.
There are plenty of food and drink options at the hotel with Blake’s Bar, The Lounge & Bar and Bar Four which hosts live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
