The Lab Liverpool
If the thought of queuing for equipment on busy gym floor puts you off getting fit, a smaller, bespoke gym like The Lab Liverpool could be for you.
Situated on Dale Street beneath the Well Liverpool cafe, its membership numbers are capped to ensure stress-free training sessions.
The Lab offers three types of membership – open gym, personal training, and small group personal training. The latter is good value at £197 for six weeks of unlimited classes with groups no bigger than six people. You get plenty of individual attention, nutrition guidance, and access to an app to help you keep track of your progress.
If you want to see results from your fitness membership – without the expense of paying for an individual personal trainer, this is a good option. The cafe upstairs offering a meal prep service, smoothies and sweet treats is another bonus.
