Banyan Corn Exchange
GlobalBanyan in Manchester’s Corn Exchange has something for everyone and one of the best outdoor drinking and dining spots in the city.
From brunches to lunches, cocktail masterclasses to Prosecco in the sun, pints to private hire, Banyan aims to be all things to all people. The menu is just as varied taking in global favourites, everything from chicken fajita wraps to pasta dishes as well as salads, burgers and steaks and skewers from the grill.
It’s a centrally located crowd-pleaser, ideal for a shopping pit-stop or a pre-theatre bite. It may not be the coolest place to eat but it is certainly convenient and the converted Corn Exchange is a lovely building.
