Royal Institution Bar
The Royal Institution Bar was created for ‘those who enjoy the finer things in life’ and serves up well thought-out cocktails in an 1800s-style setting.
This suave and sophisticated cocktail bar pays homage to its building’s rich cultural past; this was originally the home of The Royal Institution – an organisation that promoted Literature, Science and the Arts in the 19th century.
The décor has remnants of history throughout its three rooms, with leather Chesterfield-style sofas and rich wood interiors. Head there on a Wednesday for jazz night with live music from 8pm. There are also regular cocktail masterclasses throughout the year.
Open: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
