If antique glassware and taxidermy squirrels are your thing, this is your kind of drinking den. Hidden above New York-style rum bar Cain & Grain, and behind a door disguised as a stack of crates, you’ll find Science & Industry – an eccentric speakeasy bar.
It’s a dimly-lit, opulent setting to enjoy a cocktail. Go for a signature drink like the Adult Movie: a salut to the porn star martini with Grey Goose vodka, pineapple, passion fruit liqueur, and passion fruit foam.
The bar has its own dedicated drinks ‘laboratory’ for experimenting with flavours and mixing techniques. It doubles as a workshop for cocktail masterclasses, known as ‘The Perfect Serve’, where you can learn about your favourite tipples and how best to mix them.
