The Green

The Green is a cute and cosy little cafe in Bollington. This may be Cheshire not Scandinavia, but it exudes hygge and happiness with hot chocolates topped with gigantic marshmallows, sunny plates of eggs benedict, and towering banana pancakes with pecans and maple syrup.

If you’re looking for brunch in Cheshire, this is the place. The Green is a lovely independent business with a good range of relaxed breakfasty bits and bobs like feta, chorizo and pea guacamole on sourdough or a cheeky take on the McMuffin.

Excellent ginger cake and gooey choc chip cookies provide some of the comforting sweet treats which are best accompanied with coffee from Origin.

There’s a good selection of vegan offerings and healthy carb-free plates too.
