Croma Prestwich
As Manchester’s own, independent (and we would say, superior) version of Pizza Express, Croma was always going to feature strongly in our guide. This brand is gradually colonising the city’s leafiest neighbourhoods. Alongside the original city centre restaurant, there are now Cromas in Chorlton, Didsbury, and on the Bury border with Croma Prestwich.
Its chic glass and wood architecture has brought a touch of class to the Longfield Centre. Inside you’ll find a friendly, efficient team making everyone feel at home – from families with children, to big groups, to date night couples.
Their light, colourful pizzas are the main attraction – it’s what this mini-Manc empire was built on. Quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation put Croma Prestwich in a class above your standard pizza chain.
