Fuzion Noodle Bar
Set up by Arthur and Carol Wong in 2003 and still going strong, Fuzion was one of the first independent noodle bars in Manchester, bringing a contemporary twist to Pan Asian cuisine inspired by the buzzing street vendors the couple encountered while travelling in the Far East.
Fuzion offers both takeaway and a casual dining-in concept, with everyone eating on long benches, giving the place plenty of atmosphere – Fuzion is great whatever the occasion: a quick bite to eat, date nights, parties with friends or family get-togethers.
The easy-to-navigate menu caters for both rice and noodle lovers, with all-in favourites such as Pad Thai and Crispy Sweet Chilli Beef alongside changing specials. Quality dishes cooked to order by trained chefs using only the freshest ingredients delivered daily from Manchester’s Smithfield food market, that’s Fuzion’s manifesto. And if you can’t decide what to go for, the super-friendly staff are happy to offer their recommendations from the “one dish affairs”.
