Hawksmoor Liverpool
Hawksmoor Liverpool opened in the beautiful Grade II-listed India Buildings, to much excitement in late 2022.
The 165-cover restaurant and 30-cover bar are inspired by the grand optimism of the 1920s and feature original fittings and antique finds from the same era, like antique Parisian street lamps, turned into glamorous brass-trimmed ceiling lights.
Hawksmoor is known for its dry-aged steaks, award-winning cocktails, conscientious approach to ingredient sourcing and industry-leading employment practices.
Its award-winning breakfast allows to start your day like a king, eating sugar pit bacon chops and the like sourced from not just any farm, but a winner of the BBC Food and Farming Award’s Outstanding Achievement title.
The private dining room, known as The New Yorker Room, seats up to 18 people around one large table and celebrates the links between Liverpool and New York and showcases the rich history of the city.
The New Yorker Room offers specially designed sharing menus that showcase a range of classic Hawksmoor dishes as well as its famous steaks. Everything is served family-style, with steaks cooked to order and served in cast-iron skillets, accompanied by Hawksmoor’s legendary sides and sauces. To complete the feast, large sharing puddings are available for dessert.
The menus can be paired with matched wines selected by the restaurant’s expert wine team, and you can even go the extra mile and create a bespoke cocktail for your event.
