The MUSU Collection is a group of innovative dining experiences, all under one roof. With three AA rosettes, this is the cutting edge of Manchester’s restaurant scene.

Led by award-winning Chef, Steven Smith, the MUSU Collection celebrates fire-based cookery with KAJI, a bold restaurant fusing the thrill of the grill with international flavours.

This is dining as an immersive experience with a dramatic open kitchen, DJs providing a pulsating soundtrack and red lights dancing through the smoky air.

KAJI is an exciting new take on modern dining and the food is spectacular.

Two new restaurants will open in 2025: MUSU Miyabi, a high-end concept restaurant taking MUSU classic dishes to new levels and also, The Theatre of Omakase, a theatrical Chef’s Table experience led by Sushi Master, Andre Aguiar.
