Little Piece of Bahia in the Arndale Food Court brings Brazilian history to Manchester through authentic cuisine and homemade recipes.
Taking influence from owner Camila’s Portuguese and Nigerian ancestry, the dishes at Little Piece of Bahia are hearty and rich in flavour, and mainly consist of stews and chowders, packed with vegetables and protein.
Camila’s food is so popular, she freezes it and ships it by courier to fans all over the UK.
