Noi Quattro
If it’s a taste of Italy you’re after, think NQ for proper pizza – Noi Quattro, to be precise. Meaning “us four”, Noi Quattro is owned and run by four friends from Turin who wanted to share their proud Italian heritage through the food they put on your plate.
Everything about pizza at Noi Quattro is authentic and Italian, from the properly trained pizzaioli chefs using traditional Neapolitan techniques and two imported artisan ovens to the finest ingredients, including Flour Petra from Molino Quaglia for the dough and traditional toppings, such as DOP Mozzarella fior di latte di Agerola and DOP San Marzano tomatoes. With just the right amount of yeast, the sourdough base is slowly proved over 24 hours at least – but, don’t worry, you won’t be kept waiting for your order, because at 450 degrees, Noi Quattro’s pizza cooks in less than 90 seconds. The menu is updated regularly to get the best out of seasonal ingredients, with lots of vegan options and a specials board to boot, and NQ is one of the few places to serve traditional cuoppi cones among their choice of starters.
There’s even pizza on the dessert, along with Italian favourites like lemon cake and, of course, gelati and sorbetti, while all the wines bar one are Italian.
