Pizza Express | Corn Exchange
The first Pizza Express opened in London in 1965, and it has continued to bring consistent, family-friendly, quality pizza to the masses ever since. The Corn Exchange branch is not the only one in Manchester, but perhaps one of the prettiest.
The popular Italian-inspired franchise has expanded its range over the years and diversified from classic pizza and pasta options to offers such as its paneer tikka and BBQ burnt ends pizzas.
Special dietary requirements are well catered for here, with vegan and vegetarian options splashed across the menu. From the “Funghi di Bosco” mushroom pizza with a vegan mozzarella alternative to the “Orto” calzone – full of courgettes and roasted peppers. Add-ons like Quorn and jackfruit “pepperoni” are also available. Gluten-free pizza bases are also an option here, and all the allergen information for the restaurant is available online.
