Vapiano | Corn Exchange
Everything at Vapiano is ordered via a QR code once you’re at your table, which may be rather au fait nowadays, but it was one of the first places to adopt this menu method early on. The food on offer here is of an Italian persuasion, with antipasti, fresh pasta and handmade sourdough pizza the stars of the show.
Vapiano’s USP means that you can customise your dishes however you see fit. Pick your spice level, leave out the onions and add extra prawns – it’s all part of the service. Simply input your preferences with your QR order and away you go.
Pasta is naturally egg-free, made simply with durum wheat semolina, or choose a spelt version if you’re feeling nutty. Pizza dough is made in-house every day, sauces are made using tomatoes from Emilia Romagna, and every single sweet dolci is made from scratch daily.
