Victors Alderley Edge

Victors Alderley Edge is a wisteria-clad restaurant that’s perfect for people-watching. It’s relaxed but in a very glamorous, high-end way with fast-flowing Champagne accompanying the eggs Benedict, never mind the surf and turf.

The menu is a fusion of American and Pan-Asian cooking with steaks and burgers as well as sushi and sashimi. Ingredients like yuzu and miso pepper a menu of upscale classics with panko squid and lobster mac and cheese showing the blend of comfort and class.
