Motel One Piccadilly
Motel One Piccadilly is about as central as it gets. If you’re planning a mini-break in Manchester by train, this is very handy.
You’re right by attractions like Freight Island and The Warehouse Project as well as the bars of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. And as you’re just minutes away from the tram network, a stay here means you’re close to anything and everything you could want to visit.
Despite its central location, the bedrooms are quiet and relaxing with plenty of space for the price. There are some design touches too which add personality. Take the lounge and bar area which celebrate Manchester’s musical heritage with guitars and records. Motel One Piccadilly feels a bit more rock and roll than your average chain hotel.
The proximity to the train station makes this hotel a good choice for business travellers too, with lots of extra little services that make life easier for corporate guests.
