RE:SCULPT Studios
RE:SCULPT Studios opened on Chapel Street in spring 2023 with the promise of offering a high-intensity, extra hard-working form of reformer pilates. The difference is in the type of reformer beds they use apparently, and in the format of their 45-minute classes.
Strength training and HIIT enhances the workouts, and the action takes place in a low-lit boutique studio with the music turned up high. It’s got all the elements of a mind-clearing, endorphin-releasing fitness session.
