RE:SCULPT Studios opened on Chapel Street in spring 2023 with the promise of offering a high-intensity, extra hard-working form of reformer pilates. The difference is in the type of reformer beds they use apparently, and in the format of their 45-minute classes.

Strength training and HIIT enhances the workouts, and the action takes place in a low-lit boutique studio with the music turned up high. It’s got all the elements of a mind-clearing, endorphin-releasing fitness session.

With just eight machines, small class sizes and attentive instruction are guaranteed. And if you get the wobbles after all those muscle-burning moves, you can recover with a Hermosa protein shake.
