V1BE by Lifestyle Fitness Mosley Street
V1BE by Lifestyle Fitness Mosley Street is an edgier, and dare we say cooler, gym than what you might expect from this nationwide chain. Partly it’s in the industrial, neon-lit design, and partly it’s in the V1BE class concept.
Try their STR1KE class to build up your endurance levels with a combination of running, weight resistance training, and boxing on the bags, or book on for BOOT1E if you’re all about building your glutes, legs and core.
Unlike some of the other class-based gyms, this one also offers a gym floor for independent training. There’s cardio equipment, functional training and free weights. It’s ideal if you want high-impact, fast-paced classes combined with a space to workout on your own.
