This hidden-away studio in the Bloc building is worth seeking out if you’re looking for a yoga, barre or pilates class in the city centre.
It’s a very appealing, calming space that’s part of the co-working “wellness suite”. Lounge on the sofas and help yourself to herbal tea if you arrive early for class. The changing facilities feel luxurious too, with good-sized individual cubicles, showers and lockers.
The studio itself is smallish but numbers are kept sensible to avoid over-crowding. Classes range from Pilates – Burn to dynamic vinyasa, to one of the most relaxing yin yoga sessions we’ve ever had.
Upstairs you’ll find an outpost of Trove cafe if you want to follow your class with coffee or brunch.
