The Epicurean Heaton Moor
The Epicurean Heaton Moor is the Stockport outpost of the self-proclaimed ‘Beer People’. They’re right though. The staff here are like friendly walking beer encyclopaedias. They need to be though, because the ever-changing selection at this shop is vast.
Stock up on colourful cans from local independents like First Chop and Pomona Island as well as other respected brewing wizards like Cheltenham’s DEYA and The Lakes Brew Co.
It’s not just crafts, you’ll find a smaller selection of Belgian and German beers too.
There’s everything from IPAs and pale ales to lambic fruit beers and imperial stouts.
You’ll also find a good range of gluten-free beers and an especially strong selection of low and no-alcohol beers. Besides beer, you’ll find a small selection of wines and spirits too.
The Epicurean Heaton Moor is a great little beer shop, making buying local a lot of fun.
Open: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
