Parklife Festival
It’s the big one, at least for the under-25s amongst us. Parklife is a huge two-day music festival held every June at Heaton Park. Featuring top artists across the worlds of electronic, dance, rap and pop, it brings a massive number of music fans to the city in all their neon-wearing, glitter-loving glory.
There’s no camping (imagine the carnage) so festival goers with weekend tickets need to book accommodation if they don’t live locally. (Heaton Park is easy to get to from the city centre by Metrolink, and you can buy a travel pass with your festival ticket.)
The festival itself features multiple stages (six at the last count), plus all the bars, food stalls, and merch markets you’d expect. Notable headliners in the past include Frank Ocean, Liam Gallagher, The Streets, Megan Thee Stallion, The XX, Mark Ronson, 50 Cent and loads more.
Parklife Festival 2025
This year’s festival takes place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June. It’s a big birthday bash as Parklife celebrates fifteen years in Manchester and will feature 50 Cent, Charli XCX, Jorja Smith, Rudimental, Pawsa, Overmono, Peggy Gou, Armand Van Helden, Confidence Man and many more.
Day tickets start from £97.70, weekend tickets from £162.00.
