11 Central

11 Central is another venture for Seven Bro7hers, only this time their Sis4ers are on board too so the bar is a fantastic mix of craft beer and craft gin.

The bar is part of the Central Bay development at Salford Quays, and has a huge terrace and waterside views as well as a bright, colourful interior.

There are bar games to while away rainy afternoons and live music too. On the drinks front, expect Seven Bro7hers own range of craft beers as well as a few guests from respected indies, some fantastic G&Ts courtesy of Sis4ers and some specially-crafted cocktails too.

You can also enjoy gin-tasting sessions or even distil your own in special workshops for juniper-heads.

Food-wise, there’s a focus on hearty British food as well as some dishes from the gastro end of the pub spectrum, like a great beef wellington.
