Cloud 23
Cloud 23 is one of Manchester’s highest dining and drinking experiences. Located 23 stories up in the the Manchester Deansgate Hotel by IHG at Beetham Tower, it offers exceptional views of the whole of the city and beyond.
The bar offers afternoon tea and evening fine dining, but it’s perhaps best known for its cocktails, each of which are named after Greek gods and goddesses. It’s the ideal spot for ending any occasion on a literal high. (There’s even a glass floor where you can peer down at the people far below.)
Cloud 23 accept walk-ins if tables are available, but they recommend you book ahead, particularly for weekends and evenings.
Go at sunset and watch the city light up around you as you sip champagne. It’s a beautiful place to relax after a day out in Manchester.
