The Cow Hollow Hotel
If you like to stay somewhere that reflects the character and history of the city you’re in, Cow Hollow Hotel could be for you.
This small boutique hotel is housed in a converted textile warehouse in the Northern Quarter. Its Victorian heritage is reflected in exposed brickwork, industrial fittings, and Colonial-style decor: it’s all palm fronds and vintage suitcases in the tiny cocktail bar lobby. But it’s also very modern-day NQ: chic, cool and easygoing.
The sandalwood-scented rooms come with goose-down duvets, free Netflix and REN toiletries, and there’s complimentary prosecco and antipasti in the evenings.
You’ll have to go elsewhere to dine as there’s no restaurant. But given its location, just off Stevenson Square, finding somewhere won’t be a problem.
Open: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
