NoHo
NoHo is far from the only NYC-inspired bar in the Northern Quarter, or even on Stevenson Square, but it was one of the first to adopt the theme.
The Bowery vibes here come from the mural artwork, worn leather sofas, and the late-night DJs who play until the shutters come down at 4am at weekends.
Since COVID reshaped the NQ as one big pavement cafe, NoHo has gained a good-sized outdoor drinking space at the front. Book ahead or get there early to bag an alfresco table: it’s in a prime position for watching the night unravel around you on the square.
The main focus at the bar is premium spirits, fizz, and cocktails such as their signature NoHo made with vodka, passionfruit, grape and apple. Beers include Camden Pale Ale and Brooklyn Lager.
The late licence and DJs makes NoHo one of the liveliest spots on Stevenson Square – if you’re going ‘out out’ in the NQ, put it on your hit list.
