Sterling
Sterling is probably one of the most luxurious bars to hit Manchester in recent years, located on the subterranean level of the historic Stock Exchange Hotel.
With over 30 years of experience between them, bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield are behind the venture, which takes on the former bank vault of the hotel. Owned by Manchester United football legend Gary Neville, the Stock Exchange Hotel is known for its luxurious rooms and suites.
At Sterling, guests can expect a truly classic bar experience, with live music, vintage spirits, rare wines, and elegant cocktails. The cocktail menu at Sterling features a range of classic and contemporary drinks, including the Highland Park 12 Scotch, the Brandy Crusta, and the Champagne Cocktail, all expertly crafted by the Schofield brothers.
If you enjoy your time at Sterling Bar, you may also want to check out Schofield’s Bar, another establishment run by the Schofield brothers.
