This Godless Place
This Godless Place is a bar from the team behind The Good Rebel with a little more of a food focus.
Housed in an old bank building with an ornate ceiling, the cavernous interior brings to mind a bingo hall crossed with a raucous rave. Point to note, This Godless Place is the place to play the all-singing, all-dancing, all-cheating Rock n Roll Bingo.
It’s a casual place focusing on good times, burgers, wings, tacos and mac ‘n’ cheese. Book in for bottomless brunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
There are plenty of deals on offer like half-price food on Thursdays and a Friday night pub quiz.
Drinks-wise it’s all about cheerful cocktails like Ting Wray and Espresso Martini. It’s not a fancy mixology spot but it’s a lot of fun. Beers are served too with a rotating craftier selection in the fridge. During the day, it’s a calmer coffee spot and there are a few tables outside.
