Brewdog DogHouse Bar & Rooftop

Restaurant - American

There are two ways to eat at the Doghouse, at the ground floor BrewDog Bar or upstairs on the rooftop. Take your pick from everything from “monster burgers” to buffalo hot-wings, but whichever you choose, BrewDog’s Doghouse is a beer lover’s dream.

The ground floor bar and restaurant doubles as the main meeting place for the Doghouse Hotel serving food all day – from brunch to dinner. English and American-style full breakfasts feature on this menu, and they really are full. For the English version think applewood smoked bacon, black pudding, sausage, beans and the rest. With the American pulling out all the stops with smoked sausages, buttermilk pancakes and a buttered potato hash – just the thing to see off the headache of a BrewDog-fuelled night before.

Other menu items include fried chicken and waffles and a variety of eggs “bennys”, all served with fresh hollandaise sauce. For something a bit different, try the Korean bacon sandwich with gochujang fried bacon, a shredded chilli omelette and spring onion chutney served on a fluffy bao.

During the day, BrewDog Bar turns its tail to burgers. Keeping it classic with chuck and brisket beef from British farms. These patties come smothered in all kinds of delightful things from cheddar to chorizo. There are also fried chicken options, and plenty of plant-based bits – served on beetroot brioche buns.

Wings are “world famous” at BrewDog so take your pick from chicken, cauliflower or seitan versions with a hot sauce and honey glaze. Come through on a Wednesday for “all you can eat”.
