Jackalope
The Jackalope may be a mythical beast but fortunately a top-notch brunch at Sale’s relaxed café bar is reassuringly real.
Jackalope is a day-to-night place with breakfasts and brunches made from quality ingredients (a big shout out to local heroes Taylor’s Butchers) and freshly-roast caffeine hits from Kickback Coffee.
There are healthy options like overnight oats alongside full English fry-ups, and some magnificent Marmite crumpets. Sandwiches supplement the menu in the afternoon and there are always sweet delights from Isabelita Bakes.
Food service stops at 4pm and 5pm on weekends when this place turns into a cool neighbourhood bar with cocktails, craft beers and a decent selection of wine. With a terrace out front to enjoy your glass of Pinot Grigio, what more could you want?
