Lina Stores Manchester
Italian restaurant, bar and deli Lina Stores opened its first Manchester venue in the same year it celebrated its 80th birthday. The original was a shop in Soho known for its Italian produce. Eight decades later, there are nine Lina Stores in London plus three in Japan, and as of spring 2025, one in Manchester. Better late than never, guys.
Their popularity is down to their all-day service and fresh, authentic Italian food. With a sleek restaurant, a bar and a deli all under one roof, Lina Stores is the kind of place that easily slots itself into your day. Go for a take-out cortado before work, a vitamin-rich salad box for lunch, or in the evening for cocktails and a sit-down dinner. The fresh pasta dishes are the signature offering.
Along with Caravan and Blacklock, Lina Stores is part of a wave of London successes that are carving a space for themselves on this side of the city centre. It’s just opposite the Opera House, if you want to go and check it out.
