Linden Stores

Linden Stores is a small plates restaurant in Knutsford. Dishes are seasonal and sustainable and sometimes even foraged. There’s a focus on local ingredients and British flavours and wine is a huge part of the operation.

There’s a good range of interesting wines from small-scale winemakers which are also available to take home from the store.

As well as the small plates menu, there is a Chef’s menu featuring six courses of Great British produce which is excellent value for money. Typical dishes include Cheshire smoked duck with pickled walnut or bubble and squeak croquettes with Bovril mayo.

The restaurant is stripped back to the bare beams in style, quite literally, but it has a rustic charm, like an idyllic French bistro that showcases the taste of Cheshire not Charentes-Maritime.
