The Egg Vegetarian Cafe

You’ll find The Egg in Liverpool city centre, just a short walk from Lime Street Station. Situated in an airy loft space in a grade II listed Victorian building this warm and inviting vegetarian cafe offers panoramic views of the city.

Thanks to its casual approach and affordable menu, The Egg is the perfect place for a spot of lunch or cake and a catch-up with mates.

As well as serving up homely vegetarian dishes like quiche of the day and veggie lasagne, The Egg doubles up as an independent art gallery which showcases a broad range of work.

Visitors are welcome to walk-in but, for groups of six or more, booking ahead is strongly recommended.

The mezzanine area can be hired out for groups of up to twenty for intimate gatherings, celebrations and events, and the venue is fully licensed with a selection of wines and beers available.

You’re also welcome to bring your own drinks too at a corkage price of £2 per person.
