Hotel Anfield
Hotel Anfield is the perfect hotel for football fans. If you were any closer to the ground, you’d be in the dressing room with the players.
It’s not a fancy place but it’s good value for money and the rooms are nicer than you might expect. They are calm and muted, not decked out in red football strips or anything like that.
Rooms have TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities and the hotel has its own bar, as well as a very nice outdoor tiki bar. The amenities are a little on the basic side but Hotel Anfield more than makes up for it with a warm welcome.
If you’re travelling to see the match in a big group or as a family or by yourself, Hotel Anfield has a range of rooms including singles and those for up to seven guests.
This place is a big part of the local community and there are often events on with live music and football celebrations.
