F45 Training Manchester NQ
The F45 franchise has gyms all over the world but we doubt there are any quite like F45 Training Manchester NQ. The team, led by studio manager Ruben, have created a really friendly, inclusive environment with their no-mirrors, no-egos policy and their high-fun approach to HIIT. So much so, it’s got a real following of fans with some travelling into the city centre solely to come here.
We can understand why. As well as the warm personality of the place and community feel, it offers classes that are different every time so you don’t get bored repeating the same formulaic workout. Each one is led by two personal trainers which allows for plenty of one-to-one cheerleading and instruction along the way.
There are regular special events, challenges, and social meet-ups to keep your fitness life interesting. A sample week might include run club, a watch party screening of Drag Race (one of their members, Cheddar Gorgeous, is a contestant), and a live DJ workout. That’s on top of the regular workout sessions which run every morning, lunchtime and evening, and at weekends.
Facilities include a shake and coffee bar, a chill-out area with massage guns, changing rooms, showers and lockers (bring your own padlock).
