Harbour Health and Fitness Club
The Harbour Health and Fitness Club is part of the Crowne Plaza Liverpool hotel but you don’t have to be staying there to adopt it as your gym. Memberships, day passes and single classes are available, making it as much for the local community as the hotel guests.
Two features make it stand out from other gyms; the 18m swimming pool, and the views across the waterfront from the gym floor. If you like daylight when you’re working out, Harbour Health and Fitness Club is one of just a handful of options in the city centre.
The pool has a shallow area, perfect for kids and lounging, plus a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The gym is well-spaced, well equipped and fully air-conditioned. There’s also a studio offering a range of classes including pilates, yoga, box-fit, and various strength and conditioning sessions.
If you want a gym where you can follow a solid workout with a few hours of spa-like relaxation, this is a good choice.
