Sculpt in Haus
Sculpt in Haus was one of the first reformer pilates studios to open in Manchester. Owner Amy Hughes brought the idea back from a research trip to LA when it was just taking off as a fitness trend. Her prescience in devoting money and studio space to the reformer method paid off, and Sculpt in Haus is now one of the best reformer pilates studios in the UK according to Women’s Health magazine.
Fans of the studio like the variety of the classes and Amy’s easy-to-follow, motivational teaching style. The attractive studio space is another draw with its plants, red brick walls and tall windows.
Sculpt in Haus also offers one-to-one pilates using a Cadillac reformer, plus mat-based pilates and classes which combine pilates with HIIT. Look out for special events, such as outdoor pilates, pyjama pilates, and teacher training sessions.
