ArCains
Part of the Cains Brewery Complex, ArCains is a gamers paradise. Whether it’s date night, a stag or hen do, team building with new colleagues or you’re just out with mates, there’s plenty of arcade games to keep you entertained and bring out the kid in you.
Expect retro classics like Street Fighter and Tekken as well as modern gaming methods like PCs and VR, should you fancy an otherworldly battle with your pals.
The best part? Once you’ve paid your entry fee you’re welcome to play any video game as much as you like. Pool, boxing, basketball, bandits and PinBall, is available on a pay-per-play basis and shuffleboard is free to play with a small deposit that will be refunded with the safe return of the pucks.
Pause and reload with a cocktail, beer or slushy at the bar and refuel with hot dogs and pick n’ mix, ready for round two.
There’s no need to book ahead – just turn up and play. Although, if you’re visiting in a large group of 20+ it’s recommended to place a booking just to avoid disappointment.
Under 18s are welcome until 9pm Monday through to Thursday, but on Fridays and Saturdays youngsters will have to leave the premises by 6pm.
