Blakemere Village
Blakemere Village is the Cheshire one-stop for shopping, outdoor activities and family-friendly events.
Independent shops are clustered around the quaint courtyard of an Edwardian stable block where you’ll find everything from cards and gifts to house plants and retro sweets.
The family-run destination is home to an outdoor play park and an indoor play barn, plus crazy golf, cycling, pottery painting and other more unusual pursuits. Head here if you want to try your hand at archery, air rifles, Segway and a low ropes assault course. There’s also Cheshire Falconry which offers immersive, private birds of prey sessions.
Everything is on-site with a range of food options. You’ll find bottomless brunch, fish and chips, breakfast buffets, Sunday Roasts, soups, sandwiches, curries, burgers and more.
Events are held throughout the year including an annual firework display, Christmas and New Year’s Eve parties and a popular Magical Winter Woodland.
There’s also a holiday park with glamping lodges and caravan and camping options. There’s a lot to see and do here; you can easily make a full weekend of it.
