Cork & Canvas
Cork & Canvas is a sip and paint events company which puts on sessions at venues in and around Manchester including Freight Island, New Century Hall and The Old Bank in Ramsbottom.
These ticketed events are open to the public – if there’s a venue elsewhere you think is calling out for a night of daubing and drinking, get in touch with Cork & Canvas. If the demand is there, their team of artists will be there with paintbrushes too.
It’s a relaxed, feel-good event. Cork & Canvas sessions are led by artists, but you don’t have to be good at art. All the materials are provided, and everything is demonstrated and explained so you can come away with something you’re prepared to hang in your house, not chuck in the bin. You use acrylic paint which dries quickly so everything is ready to take away in your branded canvas tote at the end of the workshop.
There’s something so relaxing about going back to the art classroom as an adult. It’s also a great way of unleashing creativity which is why Cork & Canvas is a good choice if you’re looking to hold a private event like a corporate team-building day, a birthday celebration or a team-building event.
